Ranjitha Balakrishnan is currently working as a Sr. Manager - Business Development, Strategic Initiatives & Regulatory Compliance in one of the leading Nutraceutical Manufacturing Company. She has completed MBA in Marketing & also holds an MSc Degree in Biochemistry from Mumbai University. She has also completed Diploma Courses in Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs.

In her work front she has launched various Nutraceutical Products from conceptualization, ideation to launch with many companies in India. She has also successfully launched Collagen Supplement & many other Nutraceutical Products in 25 ROW Markets with one of the leading Indian company. Her specialization includes Business Development,In - Licensing, Client Relationship management, Strong Competency in New Product Development & Market Research for Nutraceutical/Health & Dietary Supplement/Probiotics. She has also supported her Team for labelling compliances, government representation & documentation with regulatory bodies like FSSAI, DCGI.

She is currently associated with bodies like IDMA (Indian Drug Manufacturer’s Association) – Nutraceutical Committee,the Chief Marketing Officer – ENAC (Expert Nutraceutical Advocacy Council)& Chief Regulatory Officer – CoSGM (Council of Soft Gelatin Manufacturers). Her main motto was to create awareness about Nutraceuticals in the youth& she has achieved it by taking up various Guest Lectures in eminent colleges. Through ENAC, a subsidiary group Nutraceutical Academia Council has been initiated which will connect the bridge between Industry & Academia and thus tap the youth.

Her other interests includes trekking, reading, meditation and travelling.
